APPLICATION OF AVM PLANTS
The main ventilation units of AVM type of size range AVM-12, AVM-14, AVM-16, AVM-18, AVM-21, AVM-22, AVM-24, AVM-26, AVM-28, AVM-30, AVM-32, AVM34, AVM-36, AVM-38, AVM-40, AVM-42, AVM-45 with reversible fans of VO-AR series (the dimensional designation corresponds to the diameter of the fan impeller) are designed for main ventilation of mines closed in preservation mode, as well as operating plants with low and medium level of general mine depression and can be used in other industries, ventilation systems, and processes, where ventilation with the possibility of reversing air flow up to 80% and active fans redundancy is necessary.

The use of reversible fans allowed to implement an effective and extremely simple design of the fan unit which can be used as a stationary main ventilation, as well as an auxiliary, temporary, or mobile unit

As a result of special aerodynamic design, the static pressure loss in the flow area of the rotary flap elbow of the flow switch, which contains a vane system for flow equalization, is minimized

Elements of each fan unit are mounted on a common frame, which provides increased reliability of the "motor-fan" system

The combined output part of the unit guarantees "non-freezing" at sub-zero temperatures

Special cladding of the inner surface of the volute chambers and/or the outlet part of the unit ensures effective noise suppression
